Disclaimer
Last updated: July 30, 2026
This Disclaimer applies to all tools, reports, outputs, and content provided by SEOLark at seolark.com. SEOLark is an independently owned SaaS platform operated by Shafiq Ur Rehman as a sole proprietor in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan. By using any SEOLark tool or service, you acknowledge the limitations described below.
1. General Disclaimer
SEOLark provides automated software tools, reports, scores, findings, recommendations, and other informational outputs. These outputs are generated from your inputs, publicly available data, third-party APIs, automated rules and algorithms, and AI-assisted processing where applicable. They are provided for general informational and operational purposes and should not be treated as guaranteed outcomes or as a substitute for professional judgement.
2. No Guaranteed Results
SEOLark does not guarantee any particular outcome, including but not limited to search rankings, organic traffic, leads, sales, revenue, conversion rates, local visibility, AI-search visibility, YouTube performance, Google Business Profile performance, website speed, indexation, backlinks, content performance, advertising results, or any other business or marketing outcome.
3. Factors Outside Our Control
Results can be affected by search-engine algorithm changes, competitor activity, website quality, technical implementation, content quality, market conditions, third-party platform policies, third-party data availability, your own actions, geographic or language differences, and other factors outside SEOLark's control.
4. Automated Scores and Recommendations
Scores, checks, classifications, priorities, warnings, and recommendations produced by our tools are automated estimates. They may not identify every issue and may include false positives, false negatives, incomplete data, delayed data, or findings that depend on context we cannot fully assess. We do not claim a fixed accuracy percentage for any tool. Verify material findings before acting on them, particularly for decisions with meaningful consequences.
5. SEO and Search Engine Disclaimer
SEOLark is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or guaranteed by Google, Bing, or any other search engine. Search engines control their own algorithms, indexing, rankings, policies, and data availability. Passing an audit or implementing a recommendation does not guarantee a ranking improvement or indexation, and search performance may change at any time without notice.
6. Google, YouTube, and Business Profile Data
Data obtained through Google APIs, the YouTube Data API, Google Business Profile or Places APIs, PageSpeed Insights, or similar third-party sources may be delayed, incomplete, estimated, restricted, or changed by the provider at any time. We do not control the accuracy, availability, quotas, or policies of these third-party sources, and using them does not imply an official partnership with or endorsement by their providers.
7. AI-Assisted Outputs
Some of our tools use AI-assisted processing where enabled — not every SEOLark tool does. AI-generated or AI-assisted outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, repetitive, biased, outdated, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. Review and edit any AI-assisted output before publishing, submitting, or otherwise relying on it. We do not claim that AI outputs are plagiarism-free, legally safe, factually correct, or guaranteed to avoid detection by any system.
8. Content and Intellectual Property
You are responsible for reviewing content that is generated, analysed, uploaded, or exported through SEOLark, and for ensuring you have the right to use the content you submit and the outputs you receive. We do not guarantee that any output is free from copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or other third-party rights issues — perform appropriate checks before commercial publication or distribution.
9. No Professional Advice
SEOLark does not provide legal advice, financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, accounting advice, medical advice, compliance certification, security certification, or a guaranteed business consultancy outcome. Where a decision has legal, financial, tax, medical, security, regulatory, contractual, or other significant business consequences, consult a qualified professional.
10. Security and Technical Tools
Security-related checks offered by SEOLark are informational and do not constitute a complete penetration test, vulnerability assessment, compliance audit, or security certification. The absence of a warning does not prove that a website or system is secure. You must only test systems you own or are explicitly authorised to test — see our Acceptable Use Policy.
11. Website Performance and Technical Analysis
Performance results can vary by device, location, browser, network conditions, server load, cache state, third-party scripts, the time a test was run, and the testing methodology used. Treat a single test result as a snapshot, not a permanent or universal measurement, and implement and test technical recommendations carefully before relying on them.
12. Media and File Tools
Compression, conversion, slideshow, image, video, and other file-processing outputs may vary depending on source quality, format, codec, metadata, browser, device, and the processing settings used. Retain your original files and verify a processed output before deleting the source — SEOLark is not responsible for loss caused by a failure to retain original files. We do not claim support for every possible file format.
13. Public Reports and Shared Links
A report you choose to share publicly may be accessible to anyone who has the link. Review a report's content before sharing it, and avoid sharing confidential or sensitive information. We cannot control copying, screenshots, or further redistribution of shared content by anyone who receives the link.
14. Third-Party Links and Services
SEOLark may link to, or depend on, third-party websites, APIs, libraries, platforms, infrastructure, or services. We do not control their content, security, availability, pricing, policies, or data practices, and a link or integration does not imply our endorsement of it. Review the applicable third party's own terms and privacy notices.
15. Service Availability
SEOLark may experience maintenance, outages, delays, processing failures, third-party provider restrictions, queue delays, or temporary feature unavailability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available service. Usage also remains subject to our Fair Usage Policy and applicable third-party provider limitations.
16. Pricing, Plans, and Feature Availability
Current plans, prices, limits, and features are shown on the Pricing page and the relevant in-app interfaces, and may change over time. We do not restate prices or quotas here.
17. Payments and Paddle
Paid subscriptions are currently processed through Paddle as our Merchant of Record. Payment, billing, taxes, refunds, renewals, and disputes are governed by our Billing Policy, Subscription Policy, Refund Policy, Cancellation Policy, and Paddle's own processes — not by this Disclaimer. If business or technical requirements change, other payment providers may be added in the future; we do not name any provider that is not actually in use.
18. User Responsibility
You are responsible for supplying accurate inputs, reviewing outputs, verifying recommendations, maintaining your own backups, protecting your account credentials, using the platform lawfully, obtaining any permissions you need, testing changes before deploying them to production, and monitoring the effect of decisions you make using SEOLark's outputs.
19. Limitation of Reliance
Do not rely solely on SEOLark for high-impact decisions. Use multiple reliable sources and qualified human review for material decisions, and keep in mind that a historical report or previous result may no longer reflect current conditions.
20. No Warranties
To the extent permitted by applicable law, SEOLark's service and outputs are provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis. We do not exclude any warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
21. Limitation of Liability
Our limitation of liability is set out in our Terms and Conditions, and this Disclaimer does not create a separate or different liability cap. Any limitation applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law, and we do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.
22. Changes to This Disclaimer
We may update this Disclaimer as our tools, integrations, applicable laws, risks, or business practices change. The date of the most recent update is shown at the top of this page. Nothing in this Disclaimer overrides any mandatory legal rights you may have.
