These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SEOLark platform and all associated services available at seolark.com. By creating an account or using any part of our services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About SEOLark

SEOLark is an independently owned SaaS platform operated by Shafiq Ur Rehman as a sole proprietor, based in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan. SEOLark ("we," "us," "our") provides Website SEO analysis tools, YouTube SEO tools, AI/GEO/AEO content optimization tools, utility tools, and related services for individuals, businesses, and agencies.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SEOLark, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction), have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you use SEOLark on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Description of Services

SEOLark offers the following categories of tools and services:

Website SEO Tools

Complete SEO analysis, meta tag optimization, SERP preview, keyword density checker, technical SEO audits, schema markup tools, PageSpeed checks, competitor analysis, and related website optimization tools.

YouTube SEO Tools

YouTube title and description optimization, tags and hashtag generators, SEO score checker, thumbnail analysis, channel analysis, competitor video analysis, and YouTube rank tracking tools.

AI/GEO/AEO Tools

AI-powered content tools including FAQ Generator, Featured Snippet Optimizer, Entity Extractor, Voice Search Optimizer, AI SEO Writer, AI Humanizer, Paraphrasing Tool, Grammar Checker, AI Content Detector, Plagiarism Checker, Citation Generator, and AI Citation Optimizer.

Free Tools

A selection of tools available without a paid subscription. Free tools are subject to daily usage limits and may have reduced functionality compared to paid plan access.

Paid Plans and Subscriptions

SEOLark offers Free, Pro, and Agency plans. Paid plans (Pro and Agency) include increased usage limits, additional features, and priority support. Current features, usage limits, and prices for all plans are shown on our Pricing page. Subscription terms are governed by our Subscription Policy and Billing Policy.

4. Account Registration and Responsibilities

To access most features, you must create an account. By registering, you agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account
Not share your account access with individuals who are not authorized team members under your plan

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

5. Billing, Renewals, and Payments

Paid subscriptions (Pro and Agency) are processed through Paddle.com, our authorized reseller. Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record for these transactions and may handle payment processing, applicable taxes, receipts and invoices, subscription billing, and refund processing where applicable, on our behalf.

Paid subscriptions are recurring: monthly plans renew monthly and annual plans renew annually, using your saved payment method, until cancelled. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges for each billing period until cancellation. You can cancel at any time before your next renewal date to stop future charges. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically create a refund for charges already made; refund requests are governed by our separate Refund Policy.

Because Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record, your payment card or bank statement may show a charge from Paddle rather than SEOLark. Paddle's own Buyer Terms apply to the checkout and payment process in addition to these Terms. Details of billing cycles, payment methods, and invoicing are also governed by our Billing Policy.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our Refund Policy. Subscription cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically entitle the user to a refund of past charges unless required by law or approved by our support team.

7. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support@seolark.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. See our Cancellation Policy for full details.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree to use SEOLark only for lawful purposes and in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy. You must not use our services to:

Violate any applicable law or regulation
Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
Distribute malware, spam, phishing content, or harmful material
Attempt to bypass usage limits or system security controls
Scrape, crawl, or extract data using automated tools beyond normal tool use
Resell or redistribute SEOLark services without written authorization

9. Fair Usage

All plans, including Agency, are subject to fair usage limits. No plan offers truly unlimited access. Current features, usage limits, and prices for each plan are shown on our Pricing page. See our Fair Usage Policy for full details.

10. Tool Result Disclaimers

SEO and Rankings Disclaimer

SEOLark provides SEO analysis tools to assist with optimization. We do not guarantee any improvement in search engine rankings, organic traffic, or search visibility. Search engine ranking factors are complex and constantly changing. Results depend on many variables outside our control.

YouTube Performance Disclaimer

YouTube SEO tools are designed to assist with content optimization. We do not guarantee increased views, subscribers, watch time, or any specific YouTube channel performance outcome.

AI/GEO/AEO Output Disclaimer

AI-generated content, suggestions, and optimizations are provided for informational and assistance purposes only. AI outputs may contain inaccuracies or require human review before use. We do not guarantee that AI-optimized content will achieve specific visibility in AI answer engines, voice search, or generative AI responses.

11. Third-Party Services

Some SEOLark tools use third-party APIs (such as Google PageSpeed Insights, YouTube Data API, and others) to provide data. Paid checkout and billing are processed by Paddle.com as described in Section 5. The accuracy, availability, and completeness of third-party data and services depend on those providers, and we are not responsible for any interruption, inaccuracy, or limitation caused by third-party services.

12. Intellectual Property

All content, features, tools, branding, and functionality of SEOLark are the intellectual property of SEOLark and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works without express written permission. Tool results generated from your data belong to you; the tools and platform remain SEOLark's property.

13. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we determine, at our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, or any other applicable policy. In cases of serious violations (such as abuse, fraud, or illegal activity), suspension may be immediate without prior notice. We will notify you by email where reasonably possible.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SEOLark and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

15. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable, high-availability services, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or third-party service outages may affect availability. We will communicate planned maintenance where possible. SEOLark is not liable for service interruptions or data delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control.

16. Changes to the Service and These Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service, and to modify these Terms, at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated via email to registered users or by a notice on our website. Continued use of SEOLark after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The date of the most recent update is shown at the top of this page.

17. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of SEOLark shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan, unless applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise.
