Subscription Policy
Last updated: July 29, 2026
This Subscription Policy outlines the terms and conditions associated with SEOLark subscription plans. SEOLark is an independently owned SaaS platform operated by Shafiq Ur Rehman as a sole proprietor in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan. It should be read alongside our Terms and Conditions, Billing Policy, Refund Policy, Cancellation Policy, and Fair Usage Policy.
1. Available Plans
SEOLark currently offers three plans: Free, Pro, and Agency. Current prices, features, billing cycles, and usage limits for each plan are shown on the live Pricing page. Plan availability and included benefits may change over time, and the Pricing page and checkout information applicable at the time of your purchase form part of your subscription selection.
2. Free Plan
The Free plan does not require payment. It provides limited access according to the current Pricing page and our Fair Usage Policy. Free-plan limits may differ by tool, and Free access may not include every paid feature, report, history item, export option, or usage level available on a paid plan.
3. Paid Plans (Pro and Agency)
Pro and Agency are paid subscription plans. They provide access according to the current Pricing page. Access to any paid feature is subject to successful payment confirmation, your account status, tool availability, applicable usage limits, and compliance with our Terms, Acceptable Use Policy, and Fair Usage Policy. Not every feature is necessarily available on every plan — refer to the Pricing page for what is currently included.
4. Billing Through Paddle
Paid subscriptions are sold and processed through Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record for these transactions. Paddle may handle checkout, payment processing, applicable taxes, receipts, invoices, recurring billing, payment recovery, and approved refunds on our behalf.
5. Billing Cycles and Auto-Renewal
Monthly subscriptions renew monthly, and yearly subscriptions renew annually. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges for your selected billing cycle. The exact renewal date and amount are shown through checkout, your billing records, or the relevant Paddle-managed subscription information.
6. Subscription Activation
Paid access is activated only after successful payment confirmation and subscription synchronization between Paddle and SEOLark. Temporary processing delays may occur. If your payment confirmation is delayed, contact support@seolark.com. We do not promise instant activation in every case.
7. Plan Upgrades
You may request a plan upgrade. We do not guarantee that upgrades take effect immediately or that a standard proration formula applies, and we do not promise a credit for unused time on your previous plan. Upgrade availability, timing, any charge, any change to your billing date, and any related adjustment will be shown to you during the actual plan-change or checkout process. Where an in-account upgrade flow is not available, you may be directed to contact support or to the available purchase flow instead. A plan upgrade does not automatically create a refund for your previous plan.
8. Plan Downgrades
You may request a plan downgrade. We do not promise that a downgrade takes effect immediately — its timing and the resulting access changes depend on the available subscription-management process at the time of your request. Unless the checkout or subscription flow you use clearly states otherwise, a downgrade may take effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not guarantee a credit, cash refund, or proration for a downgrade. Reduced limits and features associated with the new plan may apply once the downgrade becomes effective.
9. Cancellation
You may cancel a paid subscription at any time before your next renewal. Cancellation stops future renewals. Access to paid features normally continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, subject to your actual subscription status. Cancellation does not automatically create a refund. See our Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy for full details.
10. Renewals
Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Renewal charges are generally non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy or where required by law. You are responsible for cancelling before your renewal date if you do not wish to continue. Renewal pricing may reflect the then-current applicable price, subject to any notice requirements and applicable law.
11. Failed Payments
If a recurring payment fails, Paddle may retry it through its own payment-recovery process. SEOLark or Paddle may notify you of a failed payment, and you may be required to update your payment method. Depending on the outcome, your paid access may be restricted, paused, removed, or reverted according to your actual subscription status. We do not set or guarantee a specific retry count, retry schedule, grace period, or guaranteed access period.
12. Usage Limits
Each plan may have tool-specific limits, quotas, feature restrictions, processing limits, or fair-usage controls. These are shown on the Pricing page, inside the application, or in our Fair Usage Policy, and may reset according to the applicable tool or plan configuration. Attempts to evade limits through multiple accounts, automation abuse, or other methods may result in restriction or termination of access.
13. Subscription Access
Paid access depends on an active subscription status. If a payment is refunded, reversed, disputed, cancelled, unpaid, or marked past due, corresponding paid access may be adjusted or removed. Access may also be suspended for violations of our Terms and Conditions, Acceptable Use Policy, or Fair Usage Policy. Account suspension caused by a policy violation does not automatically create refund eligibility.
14. Feature Availability
SEOLark may add, update, replace, limit, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time. We aim to avoid materially reducing paid value without notice where commercially appropriate. Temporary outages, maintenance, API failures, third-party limitations, or other technical restrictions may affect availability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
15. Pricing and Plan Changes
SEOLark may change plan prices, plan names, limits, or included features. Existing customers should receive reasonable notice where required by law or commercially appropriate. You may cancel before an affected renewal takes effect. Nothing in this policy affects any mandatory consumer protection rights available to you under applicable law.
16. Taxes
As Merchant of Record, Paddle may calculate, collect, and remit applicable VAT, sales tax, GST, or similar transaction taxes. Where required, the final applicable tax amount is shown during checkout before you confirm your purchase. We do not promise that tax will, or will not, apply to every customer or transaction.
17. Account Responsibilities
You must maintain accurate account, billing, country, tax, and contact information, and you are responsible for protecting your login credentials. Unless a specific plan expressly permits it, subscription access may not be resold, shared, transferred, or otherwise abused.
18. Refunds
Subscription payments are governed by our separate Refund Policy. Cancelling, downgrading, not using the service, or losing access due to a policy violation does not automatically create refund eligibility. See the Refund Policy for full details.
